Accessibility Information
The St. Augustine Amphitheatre is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all guests. We strive to ensure our venues are accessible to individuals with disabilities and are continuously working to improve accessibility across all areas of our facilities and events.
Guests requiring accommodations are encouraged to review the information below in advance of attending an event.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking and entry points are available at The St. Augustine Amphitheatre.
All accessible parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and is located in front of the Box Office in our on-site parking lot. A valid, appropriate handicap placard or license plate is required to park in a space identified as reserved for persons with disabilities.
Parking is very limited and frequently sells out in advance. Guests should arrive early to ensure space availability and to reach their seats prior to showtime. The on-site parking lot opens two (2) hours before gates on the day of an event. If the lot is full and satellite parking is the only parking available upon arrival, individuals may be dropped off at the entrance gates, located next to the Box Office. Please let the parking attendants know that you are dropping off a person(s) and parking in a satellite parking lot.
Accessible Seating
Patrons requiring special seating accommodations should request them at the time of purchase.
Patrons may purchase up to three (3) companion seats in addition to their accessible seat. The St . Augustine Amphitheatre will provide full wheelchair accessible seating in spaces or locations designated as such and no permanent fixed chair will be provided for these locations.
Tickets for the accessible seats go on sale at the same time as all other tickets go on sale for an event and are available at TheAmp.com, AXS.com, and the venue Box Office on a first-come, first-serve basis.
For any questions regarding accessible seating, please contact the Box Office at (904) 209-0367.
Accessible seating is available to those with mobility disabilities who require accessible seating because of their disability. This includes individuals who use wheelchairs, those who use other mobility devices and people who cannot climb steps or walk long distances because of significant arthritis, or severe respiratory, circulatory or cardiac conditions. Individuals who, because of their disability, cannot sit in a straight-back chair or those whose service dogs that cannot fit under a non-accessible seat or lie safely in the aisle are also permitted to purchase accessible seats.
- The St. Augustine Amphitheatre offers accessibility seating in the Pit and in Section 202, Row WC.
Arrival & On-Site Assistance
Guests requiring assistance are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for support. Upon arrival, guests should notify the nearest staff member or guest services representative.
Venue staff will make reasonable, good-faith efforts to assist with seating, navigation, and general accessibility needs. Day-of accommodations are subject to availability and venue conditions.
The venue has wheelchairs available for staff use when it becomes necessary to assist with patron mobility. These wheelchairs cannot be loaned to or left with a patron for seating purposes. Guests who require a wheelchair for the duration of the event should plan to bring their own.
Assistive Services
SJCCE venues may offer assistive services depending on the event and available resources. These may include assistive listening devices, mobility assistance within the venue, and access to accessible restrooms and pathways.
Guests are encouraged to contact the venue in advance to confirm the availability of specific services.

Ongoing Commitment
SJCCE is committed to continuously improving accessibility across its venues and events. Guest feedback is welcome and may be used to enhance future accessibility efforts.
Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are available in the plaza breezeways and to the right of the main stage at ground level. The restrooms at ground level are provided to accommodate guests with disabilities and their companion. These restrooms also serve families with small children who need assistance.
Service Animals
Service animals are permitted inside The St. Augustine Amphitheatre. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service animal as any dog, that is individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. All other animals, including pets and emotional support animals, are prohibited. Each service animal must remain with its owner and must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist.
Guests bringing in certified service animals may not take up any additional seats, unless a ticket has been purchased specifically for the seat. Service animals should rest in the seating area of the owner and not in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and/or to employees, or whose animal is not housebroken, may be subject to corrective action. Corrective action may include rearranging seating or escorting the animal off of the premises.
Sign Language Interpreter
Requests for ASL interpreters or other accommodations should be made in advance of the event. To allow for proper coordination, requests should be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event date using the form below.
While the venue will make reasonable efforts to fulfill accommodation requests, availability may vary based on timing and event logistics, and accommodations cannot be guaranteed without sufficient notice.
